We’re set to double revenue from non-profit/for-profit customers next year and looking to hire bright people to learn, apply and improve our technology rapidly. Required skills/background for Front-End Developers:

3+ years developing JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Knowledge of web and web service technologies: RESTful APIs, XML, JSON, DOM, and AJAX

Required skills/background for Back-End Developers:

Familiarity with open source Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
Strength in SQL. Familiarity with concepts like joins, keys and optimizations
Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns

Bonus Skills and Background:

Exposure to GIS or spatial concepts.
Familiarity with open source web mapping tools (Leaflet.js, OpenLayers.js, Geoserver, PostGIS)

What we are looking for in ALL Developers:

Knowledge of, or a strong desire to master, object oriented design patterns
Understanding that there is no one size fits-all technology or platform, and the importance of finding the right tool for the right job
